Impact of local deformation kinematics upon stressed state of surface layer

Abstract: A kinematics of a deforming tool motion for stress-strain state changes in the point of an elastic-plastic deformation and residual stresses increase at surface plastic deformation is developed. The results of a loading process computer simulation under different conditions of a deforming tool contact with a part which give a possibility to increase the effectiveness of a new method of the finishing-strengthening of orbital surface plastic deformation are shown.
