“Impact of leadership styles on innovative performance of female leaders in Pakistani Universities”

Abstract: Leadership plays a significant role in the performance of individuals and organizations. This paper investigates the impact of leadership styles on the innovative performance of female leaders in Pakistani Universities using a survey approach.
