Abstract: This research examines the impact of democratic leadership (DL) on job satisfaction (JS) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Tunisian telecommunication sector. Results revealed that democratic leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior among the relevant employees.
