Impact of Intestinal Microbiota on Growth and Feed Efficiency in Pigs: A Review

Abstract: This review summarises the evidence for a link between the porcine intestinal microbiota and growth and feed efficiency (FE), and suggests microbiota-targeted strategies to improve productivity.
