Impact of Higher Vocational Education and Training on the Development of Novice Teachers’ Skills: An Empirical Analysis

Abstract: This study was conducted to understand how higher vocational education and training affect the development of the skills and abilities of novice teachers in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China.
