Impact of High Heat Treatment on Ferroelectric Materials Properties: Ba1−xSrxTiO3 as a Model

Abstract: Ferroelectric materials differ from other dielectrics because their polarization stays after removing the external field. Hysteresis loops describe a wide range of behavior in engineering, chemistry, and physics disciplines. Sol-gel has prepared barium strontium titanate (Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3; BST) nanocrystalline ceramics.
