Impact of heat treatment on anti-oxidative and anti-colon cancer activities of the soluble extracts from black mulberry (Morus nigra L.) using water and ethanol–water solvents

Abstract: Heat treatment of water/ethanol extracts of black mulberry decreased anti-oxidation but increased total phenol content and anti-colon cancer effect in HCT-116 cells.
