The technical solution aimed at reducing the energy loss of the enterprise during drying of the frit is considered: the exclusion of the electric heaters and fan, the use of centrifugation for the developed design of the installation. Analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of the installation was performed in APM FEM with a uniform load distribution along the bottom of the rotor. The functional problem of smooth starting and braking of the centrifuge drum was solved using an adjustable electric drive with a frequency converter, which provides step control up to 5 rpm. The annual economic effect of the implementation of the installation for drying frits is calculated.
