Abstract: Objectives During the postoperative phase of lung transplantation, the surgical creation of a gastro-jejunostomy may be deemed necessary for patients with severe esophageal dysmotility, prolonged oral intake difficulties stemming from use of a ventilator or marked malnutrition.
