Impact of Frustration Intolerance on Burnout Among Mental Health Professionals

Abstract: The present research examined the impact of frustration intolerance on Burnout among Mental Health Professionals. A total of 200 mental health professionals (n=100 males and n=100 females) from different hospitals, clinics and NGOs of Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Lahore, participated in this study.
