This paper examines the integration process and time-varying characteristics of major stock markets in China and Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam). Based on the DCC-GARCH model as related to the daily stock index return data of China and the ASEAN-6, from July 2000 to December 2022, our study showed that the dynamic correlation between the stock markets of China and the ASEAN-6 was significantly enhanced during the sample period. The level of stock market integration between China and Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam has increased significantly, and the correlation has become more stable. In addition, the integration process shows significant time-varying characteristics; the effect of major economic events, the development of domestic financial markets, and the opening process of capital markets have a significant impact on the integration process of regional stock markets. The study made recommendations to promote China-ASEAN financial cooperation and offers a reliable theoretical basis for investment portfolio decisions. This will assist policymakers in keeping up with economic trends and taking necessary policy measures and interventions in a timely and effective manner to control stock market risks, ensuring stable and healthy economic development.

This paper investigates the market management and modeling based on advanced artificial intelligence. The proposed model deploys the combination of the support vector machine and fuzzy set theory to provide a practical and powerful prediction model for the market price over the next day. A realistic and effective model is then introduced to model the market players, such as the renewable energy sources of solar and wind turbines, as well as the fossil-fueled sources of micro turbines and fuel cells. In order to provide an optimal management program, it introduces a stochastic framework based on the point estimate method and adaptive grey wolf optimization algorithm (GWO). The proposed optimization methods use an adaptive strategy to choose the most fitting modification for enhancing the GWO performance. A realistic scenario is simulated to demonstrate the model’s effectiveness and impression on the real market management. The results clearly show the effectiveness of the prediction and management model. The prediction results show the superiority of the proposed model by RMSE of 2.9643 compared to the 3.217 for SVR, 3.2364 for ANN and 3.0621 for the grey model. Moreover, the optimal MAPE is 2.7453 by the proposed method, which is much better than the 3.052 by SVR, 3.1552 by ANN and 2.9285 by the grey model. From point of view of optimization, the most fitting power dispatch has been attained with the total cost of 300.8632 over 24 h.

Information technology (IT) is one of the strategic investments for Banks. IT can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operational activities and strengthen their competitive position. Given that IT is an expensive investment, while its implementation contains various risks, Banks need to implement Information Technology Governance. Banks are required to implement some standards for IT governance in multiple aspects, one of which is the IT incident management aspect. IT services at the Bank are crucial because they must work optimally with zero downtime. They must ensure the management and prevention of any problems that may arise to support the sustainability of the company's business processes. One of the frameworks that can be used for good IT service incident management is Information Technology Infrastructure Library version 3 (ITIL v3). ITIL's incident management aims to restore disrupted IT services to their normal state and reduce the business impact. To measure the extent to which the Bank has implemented IT Incident Management Governance, the maturity level is calculated by comparing the current state (as is) and the desired shape (to be) to obtain the maturity level gap. The process of maturity level assessment is carried out using interviews and questionnaires addressed to all stakeholders involved in the entire IT incident management process. The research results show that 15 of the 42 IT incident management processes have not reached the desired state. Based on these gaps, an IT incident management governance document was designed based on the ITIL v3 framework, which is expected when implemented in the Bank's daily operations. It will increase the availability of IT services.
