Impact of Extraischemic Hemorrhage After Thrombolysis with Intravenous Recombinant Tissue Plasminogen Activator

Abstract: Background: Thrombolysis is efficacious for acute ischemic stroke; however it might increase the risk of following hemorrhage. Generally, hemorrhage may occur within the ischemic region because of ischemiareperfusion injury.
