Impact of Different Angiotensin-Converting Inhibitors on Outcomes of Post-Myocardial Infarction Patients

Abstract: The aim: To compare the long-term effects of different angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors in post-myocardial infarction (MI) patients. Materials and methods: Of 445 consecutive patients with myocardial infarction, 76 (17%) patients had co-morbid conditions, as well as were found to be compliant with secondary prevention treatment and eligible for follow-up.
