Abstract:Detox diets, including intermittent fasting, ketogenic, Paleo, vegetarian, Mediterranean, Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH), and Whole30, are notable strategies for managing obesity and metabolic syndrome. This review evaluates these diets, highlighting their benefits and limitations.
