Impact of Bilateral Quadratus Lumborum Block Using Different Doses of Dexmedetomidine for Postoperative Analgesia in Laparoscopic Myomectomy

Abstract: Objectives: The optimal dosage of dexmedetomidine (DEX) for postoperative analgesia of quadratus lumborum block (QLB) after laparoscopic myomectomy is not clear.
