Abstract: Aim: The present study aimed to detect and relate alteration in reaction of plasma leptin and pulmonary functions (forced vital capacity "FVC" and forced expiratory volume in the first second "FEV1") in obese adolescent schoolboys and schoolgirls to aerobic training.
