“…Even the best PE programs do not guarantee the recommended minimum amount of moderate vigorous physical activity. In one study [49], an intervention was addressed in 14 Primary and 5 Secondary schools, even creating Wellness Committees, where the centres were advised on how to take advantage of different times of the day to enhance children's physical activity.
