“…Based on the responses, it could be a topic for thought that the university has to do an effort to negotiate with the companies to obtain a higher minimum salary, as poor or no salary can affect the students' internship experience, motivation and satisfaction negatively. In line with Di Meglio et al (2019) and Jeong et al (2019) earning higher salaries improve student's satisfaction and perception of their experience in a company. “…Regarding salaries, the university must negotiate a minimum salary with companies, as salaries can be a negative issue determining the students' internship experience motivation and satisfaction from the start. In line with Di Meglio et al (2019) and Jeong et al (2019) earning higher salaries improve student's satisfaction and perception of their experience in a company.
