Abstract:Aim. To study the subpopulational structure of blood cells of the experimental animals immunized with thermoextracts (TE) of Brucella abortus in L- and S-form. Materials and methods. Total 100 certified («Vector», Novosibirsk) outbred mice were immunized with B. abortus I-206 TE in L- and S-form in 20 μg protein dose.
