Abstract: Multicentric lymphoma is the most common hematopoietic tumors in dogs. Both B- or T-lymphocyte clones can originate to lymphoma. A gold standard method to differentiate each lymphocyte lineage is immunohistochemistry (IHC) by detecting specific proteins of B and T cell.
