Immunoinformatic analysis of the whole proteome for vaccine design: An application to Clostridium perfringens

Abstract: Clostridium perfringens is a dangerous bacterium and known biological warfare weapon associated with several diseases, whose lethal toxins can produce necrosis in humans.
