Abstract:We applied a modified immunofluorescence and immunoperoxidase method, utilizing labeled Blastomyces dermatitidis antigens, to look for specific antibody-bearing B/plasma cells in the tissue infiltrates of blastomycosis lesions induced in hamsters.
