Abstract: Changes in the expression of nuclear β‐catenin are responsible for tumorigenesis. Beta‐catenin acts synergistically with the TGF‐β/BMPs pathway. This interaction leads to greater dentin deposition and may explain the differences between distinct tooth morphologies and hamartomas.
