Abstract:BackgroundWe developed a personalized Monocyte-Derived Dendritic Therapy (MDDCT) for HIV-infected individuals on suppressive antiretroviral treatment and evaluated HIV-specific T-cell responses.MethodsPBMCs were obtained from 10 HIV+ individuals enrolled in trial NCT02961829.
