“…This is in agreement with some of the previous reports (2,27) in atopic patients. The different results in other siudies (5,8,9,21,25) might very well be explained by some of the reasons mentioned above. We were unable to ascertain any special feature which may be responsible for the elevated values of lgG and IgM as no difference in this respect could be found between those patients with atopic dermatitis alone and those with additional symptoms of asthma and/or allergic rhinitis.…”
