“…The worms were checked for viability under the microscope and mixed adult S. spindale worms were soaked in Phosphate Buffer Saline for two hours at room temperature followed by overnight incubation at 4°C. After incubation under sterile condition, the worms were carefully removed, the remaining filtrate was collected and centrifuged at 10,000 xg for 30 minutes at 4°C and the supernatant was used as ES antigen (16, 17). The protein concentration of ES antigen was estimated using protein estimation kit by Bradford method (Merck GeNei™, Bangalore).…”
