Immunoablative therapy followed by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation as the first-line disease-modifying therapy in patients with multiple sclerosis

Abstract: Introduction.Immunoablative therapy followed by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) is one of the possible disease-modifying therapies (DMTs) for patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).
