Abstract: Long-acting (LA) cabotegravir/rilpivirine (CAB/RPV) is a complete regimen for the management of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection to replace their oral antiretroviral therapy (ART) when they have been virologically suppressed.
