Immediate differentiation of unusual seed oils by easy ambient sonic-spray ionization mass spectrometry and chemometric analysis

Abstract: We have applied the easy ambient sonic-spray ionization mass spectrometry technique to typification and differentiation of unusual vegetable seed oils.
