IMDfence: Architecting a Secure Protocol for Implantable Medical Devices

Abstract: Over the past decade, focus on the security and privacy aspects of implantable medical devices (IMDs) has intensified, driven by the multitude of cybersecurity vulnerabilities found in various existing devices.
