Abstract:The incidence of malignant adrenal tumors, including primary adrenal lymphoma (PAL) and adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), is rather low. Early differentiation between ACC and PAL is necessary because the therapeutic strategies for the two differ and the prognosis of each disease is poor.
