Abstract: Summary Imaging has a vital role in cancer diagnosis, staging, assessment of treatment response and detection of recurrence. A variety of imaging methods are available that include morphological methods, the most common being CT scanning and MRI to functional imaging with advanced MRI, SPECT and PET scanning.
