Imaging flow cytometry for modern particle analysis

Abstract: Imaging flow cytometry (IFC) is widely accepted as a generic method for population analysis of even huge particle collections. Combined with tailored optical setups, on-chip sample management and task-specific data analysis, it uses modern imaging modalities for high-throughput applications.
