Imaging Approaches to Investigate Myonuclear Positioning in Drosophila

Abstract: In the skeletal muscle, nuclei are positioned at the periphery of each myofiber and are evenly distributed along its length. Improper positioning of myonuclei has been correlated with muscle disease and decreased muscle function.
