Abstract: Leaks and fistulas can involve multiple organ systems, including the genitourinary, biliary, and gastrointestinal systems. Etiologies include infectious, inflammatory, traumatic injury, postoperative, and iatrogenic injury. Early identification and correct diagnosis are imperative in the appropriate management of these conditions.
