Iliopsoas hematoma secondary to small needle scalpel for the treatment of nonspecific low back pain: A case report

Abstract: Introduction: Nonspecific low back pain (NSLBP) is one of the most common symptoms which can happen all ages and it accounts for the majority of low back pain (LBP). Current clinical studies have shown that rest, physical therapy, acupuncture (including small needle scalpel) and non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs are effective treatments for NSLBP.
