IL-27 Modulates Chemokine Production in TNF-α -Stimulated Human Oral Epithelial Cells

Abstract: Background/Aims: Interleukin-27 (IL-27) is a cytokine which belongs to the IL-12 family. However, the role of IL-27 in the pathogenesis of periodontal disease is uncertain.
