Abstract: Background: Temozolomide (TMZ) resistance is still the urgent topic in treatments of glioma. Recent studies show inflammation is involved in tumor chemoresistance.Interleukin-18, a proinflammatory cytokine, is highly expressed in glioma and related with worse prognosis.
