İki Farklı Çuha Çeşidinin Su Stresine Tepkilerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract: Bu çalışmada, farklı su stresi seviyelerinin iki farklı (beyaz ve mor çiçekli) çuha çeşidinin bitki su tüketimine (ET), fizyolojik özelliklerine (yaprak sıcaklığı, stoma iletkenliği, klorofil indeksi, yaprak oransal su içeriği), morfolojik özelliklerine (bitki boyu, bitki çapı, çiçek sayısı, petal sayısı, petal uzunluğu, petal eni ve çiçek çapı) ve hasat özelliklerine (kök uzunluğu, kök kuru ağırlığı, bitki yaş ağırlığı, bitki kuru ağırlığı) etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
