Three-phase induction motor is widely used in production and life. In the production process of three-phase induction motor, the motor test is very important. The reliability of the test results affects the quality of the motor. In the production and testing process of three-phase induction motor, there are some problems, such as transient overvoltage leading to reduced motor life, inaccurate data due to noise collected, complicated modeling process of performance curve, which can not generate performance curve well. To solve the above problems, we need to design a series of algorithms to improve the reliability of the test. In this paper, the research status of test reliability algorithm of three-phase induction motor is analyzed, which provides reference for the engineering design of test system.
