Abstract:IgG4-Related Lung Disease (IgG4-RLD) is an unusual disease, having various clinical manifestations. Patients may have no respiratory symptoms and no abnormalities shown on chest images. Therefore, the diagnosis is challenging. Here we present an uncommon case of IgG4-RLD with multi-loci nodeson the center of the hilar and review the relevant literature.
