IgG4-related Disease in a Patient With Ankylosing Spondylitis: Clues to Common Immunopathogenesis

Abstract: Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is an inflammatory arthritis predominantly affecting the spine. IgG4-related disease (IgG4RD) rarely affects patients with other rheumatic diseases. We describe a report of IgG4RD developing in a patient with AS.
