Abstract:Anti-thyroid antibodies (atbs) (anti-TPO, anti-TG, anti-TRH receptor) are autoatbs that recognize specific antigens that belong to thyroid structures. Several mechanisms were proposed to explain the breaking of immunotolerance to thyroid antigens.
