Abstract: Patients with biallelic hypomorphic mutation inDNASE2develop systemic autoinflammation and early-onset liver fibrosis. Prior studies showed that Dnase2-/-Ifnar-/-double knockout (DKO) mice develop Type I IFN-independent liver inflammation, but immune mechanisms were unclear.
