Abstract: The aims of this study were to examine the prevalence of moderate to large (moderate–large) idiopathic pericardial effusion (i-PEF) in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and to identify clinical and echocardiographic hemodynamic profiles associated with pericardial effusion.
