Idiopathic Palmoplantar Hidradenitis

Abstract: Idiopathic palmoplantar hidradenitis is a new entity consisting of plantar or palmoplantar painful erythematous nodules which affect children in good health. The histopathologic study shows a neutrophilic hidradenitis. We report on 3 new cases of idiopathic plantar hidradenitis and review the literature.
