Abstract: IntroductionEffusive constrictive pericarditis (ECP) is a unique clinical syndrome that is characterized by the coexistence of pericardial effusion and constrictive pericardium. The etiology of ECP usually contains tuberculosis, idiopathic, and neoplastic causes.
