Idiopathic bile acid malabsorption: qualitative and quantitative clinical features and response to cholestyramine

Abstract: Background: Idiopathic bile acid malabsorption is a poorly recognized cause of chronic diarrhoea. The SeHCAT (75Selenium HomotauroCholic Acid Test) can accurately diagnose this condition.
