Recently, with the great development of e-health, more and more countries have made certain achievements in the field of electronic medical treatment. The digitization of medical equipment and the structuralization of electronic medical records are the general trends. While bringing convenience to people, the explosive growth of medical data will further promote the value of mining medical data. Obviously, finding out how to safely store such a large amount of data is a problem that urgently needs to be solved. Additionally, the particularity of medical data makes it necessarily subject to great privacy protection needs. This reinforces the importance of designing a safe solution to ensure data privacy. Many existing schemes are based on single-server architecture, which have some natural defects (such as single-point faults). Although blockchain can help solve such problems, there are still some deficiencies in privacy protection. To solve these problems, this paper designs a medical data privacy protection system, which integrates blockchain, group signature, and asymmetric encryption to realize reliable medical data sharing between medical institutions and protect the data privacy of patients. This paper proves theoretically that it meets our security and privacy requirements, and proves its practicability through system implementation.

With the popularity of cloud computing, cloud storage technology has also been widely used. Among them, data integrity verification is a hot research topic. At present, the realization of public auditing has become the development trend of integrity verification. Most existing public auditing schemes rarely consider some indispensable functions at the same time. Thus, in this article, we propose a comprehensive public auditing scheme (PDBPA) that can simultaneously support data privacy protection, data dynamics, and multi-user batch auditing. To guarantee privacy protection during the audit process, our PDBPA design a new method of constructing audit proof, which combines random masking techniques and bilinear properties of bilinear pairing. Not only can it ensure that TPA performs audits correctly, but it can also prevent it from exploring the user's sensitive data. In addition, by utilizing the modified dynamic hash table, which is a novel and small two-dimensional data structure, data dynamics can be effectively achieved. Furthermore, we provide a detailed process for the third-party auditors to perform batch audits for multiple users. Moreover, we give the detailed and rigorous security analysis in defending against forgery attack, replace attack, and replay attack. Performance evaluations demonstrate that our PDBPA scheme is effective and feasible. Cloud server provider (CSP) supplies users with large-capacity, high-performance storage services, and users only need to determine service type according to own needs. However, because users have lost physical control of outsourced data, people have doubts about the security and integrity of data on the cloud. For example, untrustworthy CSP may deliberately discard data that users do not frequently access to save storage space; or lose user data due to their own mistakes but choose to conceal clients to maintain their reputation. Thus, it is a hard challenge whether the cloud storage system and its provider can meet the user's security requirements for data storage. To secure this, designing the data integrity checking scheme that can verify the integrity of outsourced data and resist malicious CSP has become a research hotspot for scholars.The traditional remote data integrity checking schemes require the user to download all the data blocks that have been uploaded to the CSP to the local, and then perform the verification, which is neither practical nor advisable. Cloud computing is performed by hosting the data of data owners on cloud servers, where the data consumers (users) are able to get the data over servers. Though, several security aspects are raised during cloud storage regarding the data availability and data integrity. On the other hand, a novel scheme of data hosting services is introduced owing to data outsourcing which also raises additional security problems. In addition, several methods are presented by taking either “identity‐based cryptography (IBC) or public key infrastructure (PKI).” Hence, a secure and effective dynamic data auditing scheme is preferable for convincing data owners to ensure precise data storage in the cloud. This paper focuses on implementing a new hybrid heuristic‐assisted strategy for managing cloud storage with the help of efficient auditing schemes. This paper tries to optimize the data structures in the cloud storage with a new improved hybrid differential evolution‐teamwork optimization algorithm (HED‐TOA) with the integration of the teamwork optimization algorithm (TOA) and differential evolution (DE) algorithms. It aims to alleviate the problems raised during the dynamic data update operations including “insert, modify, delete, and append.” This improved HED‐TOA help in performing the data auditing. This model overcomes the problem of modifications occurring in the data structure while doing the dynamic data update operations and thus, it ensures efficient data auditing and data management in cloud computing. This work considers the aim of reducing computation as well as communication costs during the data storage process in the cloud. The performance estimation demonstrates that there is considerable contrast between the traditional methods and the proposed technique in terms of the communication and computation cost on the cloud and auditor.
