Mobile learning, or m-Learning, has grown in popularity significantly over the last few decades, as evidence of educators and students worldwide using the device as a teaching and learning tool continues to accumulate. The pattern of mobile-learning research from 2001 to 2020 is determined by bibliometric analysis. The study retrieved 3,874 documents for further analysis, based on the keywords associated with mobile learning in the article’s title. The maps depicted the connections between the researchers, countries, all keywords, titles, and abstracts. The title and abstract of this study are used to visualise the co-occurring terms of various phases or concepts associated with mobile learning that were extracted from the Scopus database. The findings indicate strong and direct connections between the concepts in e-learning, implying a significant and direct research connection. China was the leading country in mobile-learning research, and the leading journal was Computers and Education. The top author’s keywords in terms of co-occurrence were "mobile learning", "e-learning", "students", "learning systems", and "m-learning". To conduct a two-decade analysis, this study excludes any publications from the years 1984 and 2021. These critical analyses of prior work are valuable and indispensable resources for mobile-learning scholars and practitioners. It is believed that online-learning applications have increased students’ engagement; and it has eliminated the accessibility gap. Consequently, mobile learning is expected to maintain its popularity over the next few decades.

Despite numerous studies offering some evidence about the significance of quality measurements in enhancing the success of m-learning applications, there are still limited studies about the role of quality measurements in promoting the usability of mobile learning systems. Therefore, our study explores the role of quality measurements in promoting the usability of m-learning systems during COVID-19. The results revealed that the service quality, information quality and system quality are the most important factors affecting mobile learning usability among learners during COVID-19. Moreover, these findings are valuable for classifying the significance of these quality elements, which provide guidance on assigning quality aspects to improve this mobile learning usage during COVID-19 in higher education institutions.

The advantages of a cloud computing service are cost advantages, availability, scalability, flexibility, reduced time to market, and dynamic access to computing resources. Enterprises can improve the successful adoption rate of cloud computing services if they understand the critical factors. To find critical factors, this study first reviewed the literature and established a three-layer hierarchical factor table for adopting a cloud computing service based on the Technology-Organization-Environment framework. Then, a hybrid method that combines two multi-criteria decision-making tools-called the Fuzzy Analytic Network Process method and the concept of VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje acceptable advantage-was used to objectively identify critical factors for the adoption of a cloud computing service, replacing the subjective decision of the authors. The results of this study determined five critical factors, namely data access security, information transmission security, senior management support, fallback cloud management, and employee acceptance. Finally, the paper presents the findings and implications of the study.
